Did gospel musician KODA die as a result of medical negligence? In Ghana, who cares.

A gospel songwriter, composer, arranger, and singer who goes by the name KODA. He's sadly passed away, and under normal circumstances, death as we know is such a natural phenomena that any living or non-living thing will encounter cometh the time.

Naturally all we the living in such times would do is to express our gratitude and gratefulness for his contribution in the sphere of music and arts and to that, we would say "thank you" and "until we meet again, goodbye". This should've been it, really.

But immediately after his passing, a video clip has surfaced. A video in which the deceased narrates a disturbing story of how medical staff at a supposed health facility of competent jurisdiction had previously prescribed a wrong and potentially fatal medications 💊 to him. He narrates that when he complained to heath staff about those wrong medications which he had consumed for over 6 months, the only response from those medical staff was to say " oh, sorry ooo" to him.

Ladies and gentlemen, these sorts of mistakes do happen everywhere, even in the well-established and advanced health stations of this world. But what must not happen and what should not be allowed to happen in a well-governed society is for a doctor, a nurse, a pharmacist or a surgeon to just render casual apologies to a patient in respect of a wrongful medical diagnosis or wrongful health decisions by health professionals especially a diagnosis or decisions which may cause ham or may result in death of a patient.

I have to repeat, if this had happened in a properly governed country, the activities of that medical outfit would be suspended, and a serious investigation would start in earnest. Unfortunately, ours bothers on the useless and primitive African mentality and attitudes of "let's leave it with God". It looks like we still don't know what life is really about. Simply put, we are blind and deaf to everything about life except to say "God giveth and God taketh."

With such a mentality, which makes us believe that our very survival and our salvation lie in the hands of white people. In this regard all one has to do is to amass loads of monies, legitimate or otherwise so that when one falls sick, one wouldn't have to share the mediocre, life-killing health facilities at home but be able to lift oneself up, up into the skies, to go seek medical restoration in the thinking man's land.
