No impunity in investigating GAF soldier murder at Kasoa Millennium City

Dear critical-reader, the murder a few days ago, in cold blood, of an innocent and law-abiding soldier from the Ghana Armed Forces (GAF), at Kasoa Millennium City, by alleged landguards apparently employed by wealthy criminals posing as 'Chiefs', marks a watershed-moment, in our national life. No question.

Ghanafuor, how this pivotal investigation by the Homicide Unit of the Criminal Investigations Department (CID), of the Ghana Police Service, is handled, will be a key on-the-ground-determinant, of whether or not Ghanaian democracy will be allowed, by our hard-of-hearing greed filled ruling elites, to be imperilled by wealthy killer-type criminals, with political connections at the highest reaches of government, whom, if we aren't careful as wise and aspirational Africans, who know the value of political stability and the rule of law, will eventually evolve into the kind of power hungry warlords, who tore Liberia and Sierra Leone apart, in brutal civil wars, so tragically, decades ago, as sure as day follows night, oooo. Yoooooooo...

It is in light of that that the more responsible sections of Ghana's legacy mainstream media landscape, must ensure that there is no impunity in this matter - and that the family of the murdered soldier and his comrades who survived the cowardly attack on the vehicle in which their comrade-in-arms was murderd, get justice, and can honour his memory with that consoling thought in their minds.

Finally, dear critical-reader, for the sake of Mother Ghana, and to ensure the longterm future of our Republic as a nation of laws, with a national system bedrocked on the rule of law, there must be no impunity in the investigation of the soldier murdered at Kasoa Millennium City, now being carried out by the Homicide Unit of the Ghana Police Service's CID, under any circumstances, ooooo.
