The NPP Parliamentary candidate for Agona East in the upcoming 2024 General Elections, Madam Hannah Asamoah, is resolute in her belief that her party will emerge victorious in both the Presidential and Parliamentary races come December 7.

Expressing confidence in her party's ability to break the eight-year cycle and reclaim the parliamentary seat from the NDC, Madam Asamoah emphasized the importance of unity and cohesion within the NPP ranks. She highlighted the consistent success of the NPP in Presidential elections over the past 12 years and underscored the pivotal role of their flagbearer, His Excellency Alhaji Dr Muhamudu Bawumia, in achieving this feat.

During her recent visits to communities such as Kwesitwikrom (KTK), Mensakrom, Agona Duabone, Okestew, Agona Nsaba, and Agona Duakwa, Madam Asamoah received a warm reception from both Chiefs and residents alike. She took the opportunity to share the achievements of President Akufo Addo and the NPP government, as well as to introduce herself as the NPP's Parliamentary candidate.

In addition to her outreach efforts, Madam Asamoah demonstrated her commitment to the welfare of constituents by distributing essential items and financial assistance to Muslim communities in the constituency, aimed at enhancing their worship activities.

Highlighting the NPP government's dedication to human and infrastructure development, Madam Asamoah emphasized initiatives such as the Free Senior High School program and the Youth Employment Agency, which aim to alleviate economic burdens and provide opportunities for self-sufficiency among the youth.

She also cited improvements in healthcare accessibility, including the ability to register or renew National Health Insurance Membership cards from home, as evidence of the government's commitment to enhancing the quality of life for citizens.

In her closing remarks, Madam Asamoah called upon residents to rally behind the NPP and its leadership, urging support for His Excellency Alhaji Dr Muhamudu Bawumia as President and herself as the Member of Parliament for Agona East. She emphasized the importance of securing victory in the forthcoming General Elections to further advance human development initiatives in the constituency.
