Ejisu by-election: Vote for Kwabena Boateng to come and help me complete my work – Akufo-Addo beg voters

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has appealed to the people of Ejisu in the Ashanti Region to vote for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) parliamentary candidate, Kwabena Boateng in Tuesday’s by-election.

The electorates in Ejius will go to the polls tomorrow to elect a new Member of Parliament (MP) to replace late MP, John Kumah.

Over the weekend, President Akufo-Addo stormed Ejusu with a high-powered delegation to campaign for NPP candidate Kwabena Boateng.

In an address, the President begged the electorates in Ejisu to vote for the NPP candidate to enable the ruling government maintain its majority in Parliament to help him complete his work.

“Today this, tomorrow that due to the equal numbers. We need a majority even if it is by one, we need a majority in the House of Parliament to be able to complete our mandate.

“Vote for Kwabena Boateng to come and help me complete my work,” President Akufo-Addo said.

Today, NPP Director of Communications Richard Ahiagbah has noted that the party is expecting the electorates in Ejisu to go out and vote massively for their candidate, Kwabena Boateng.

“Ejisu will turn out in large numbers to vote for Kwabena Boateng, who is #2 on the ballot. Our victory tomorrow will herald the coming of Bawumia's one-touch victory on December 7th, 2024. The NDC can't do much to stop the inevitable victory of the NPP. It's coming,” Richard Ahiagbah said.
