Salam Mustapha, the National Youth Organizer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has revealed that the party will have a shift in campaign strategies ahead of this year’s general elections.

During an interview on Angel Morning Show (AMS), Mustapha disclosed that the NPP leadership has decided to deliberately avoid the tradition of hosting large gathering rallies.

"Don't be surprised if you don't see the NPP holding big and huge rallies like we always did...we are adopting different strategies now,” the youth organiser disclosed.

Mustapha, who recently concluded a tour of the Ashanti Region, emphasised the importance of showcasing the party's achievements directly to the people in their respective communities.

He highlighted a departure from traditional door-to-door campaigns, suggesting that the focus will now be on demonstrating the tangible impacts of the NPP's governance over the past eight years.

"We have to let the people see what we have done for them in their various communities and areas so that they vote based on the impacts of what we have done," Mustapha explained.

As part of the revamped campaign strategy, the NPP, headed by their flagbearer, Dr. Bawumia plans to deploy party executives into various communities to communicate and promote the achievements of the Akufo-Addo administration.
