Former Accra Hearts of Oak winger, Uriah Asante will be buried on Saturday, September 10, 2016.

Uriah, 24 died at the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital in Accra following a cardiac arrest on Monday, June 13.

The young but talented attacking midfielder played two seasons for the former CAF Champions League and Confederations Cup winners (Hearts of Oak) before leaving to Tunisian giant Etoile Sportive du Sahel.

Asante moved from Etoile to Romanian side, Astra Giurgiu on loan for a season before signing for EGS Gafsa.

It however understood that the University of Ghana graduate (Uriah Asante) played his last club football for Al-Orobah in Bahrain.

His body will be laid in State on Saturday, September 10, 2016 at the Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (Kaneshie 1st Light) from 6:00 - 9:00am.

The final burial right will be held on Saturday (September) 10, at the Gbawe cemetery.
