Match Report: Berekum Chelsea 2-1 New Edubiase Utd - Nana Tei-Horsu scores late winner for Blues at Golden City

Berekum Chelsea needed a late strike from Nana Tei-Horsu to manage a slender 2-1 win over New Edubiase United in the Ghana Premier League on Saturday.

Felix Agyei had cancelled out Stephen Owusu's first-half strike for Chelsea early in the second-half but Tei-Horsu netted with the last kick of the game to tilt the clash in the hosts' favour.

Chelsea went into the game with determination to win after the painful defeat to Hearts of Oak in midweek.

But the game turned sour when Agyei levelled for the visitors and the game appeared to be head for a draw.

Chelsea piled early pressure on the Movers and they earned the dividend when Stephen Owusu fired them ahead in the 12th minute.

Solomon Odwo's men perpetuated their dominance well into the second-half but failed to add to the tally.

Edubiase returned from the break with a big statement of intent when Felix Agyei levelled the scoring for the visitors.

Chelsea pressed to restore their lead by launching a barrage of attacks at the Movers half but failed to turn their opportunities into goals.
