JUN 29, 2016 LISTEN

Title hopefuls Aduana Stars managed a smooth 3-0 victory Ebusua Dwarfs at the Nana Agyemang-Badu Park in the Ghana Premier League on Wednesday.

Red-hot Yahaya Mohammed opened the scoring for the Fire Club in Dormaa Ahenkro before exciting winger Zakaria Mumuni cushioned the points late in the second-half.

Samuel Adams left it late to add the third to send the home fans into crazy mood.

Romanian gaffer Cioaba Aristica charged his men to get their title campaign back on track after losing at Bechem United during the weekend.

And, Yahaya Mohammed who was rumoured to have joined a Mexican second-tier side, gave them the right tonic for the win when he masterfully scored the opener after managing to pounce on a loose ball.

Aduana probed and knocked at the Dwarfs defence but were denied the second goal by the visitors defence.

Dwarfs made a number of attempts to crawl back into the game by making a number of incursions but were held off by a solid Aduana defence.

In the second-half, Aduana resumed their orchestrations and it yielded results when Zakaria Mumuni breached the Cape Coast-based side's defence and gleefully finished off a move to nail the game beyond the visitors as it was just left 11 minutes of normal time to end proceedings.

Aduana remain in fourth place with 29 points, two points shy of leaders Wa All Stars who lost at Kotoko in Kumasi.
