Accra, June 30, GNA - The Trust Hospital Company Limited, has launched a new website to give clients the opportunity to easily access services and to communicate with the hospital at all times.

'We are doing this hoping that our clients will take the opportunity and engage us using any communication device at home, at work or on the go, to access any information on the website,' the General Manager, Medical, of the Trust Hospital, Dr Darius Osei said at the launch.

Dr Osei said the website is designed using simple yet engaging modern technology in healthcare communication to enable clients experience the easiest way to access services.

He said clients have access to a myriad of tools to make their interactions with Hospital's staff and facilities easy such as the online appointment portal, which is a one-stop destination for all appointment in any of the clinics.

'We have placed a lot of emphasis on our appointment portal. Clients who want to see any specialist do not have to come all the way to the hospital to book an appointment.

'You need any communication device and access to Internet, which is almost accessible by most people in Ghana presently,' he said.

Dr Osei said the website would serve as a source for the latest hospital news such as new services, clinics, events, expansions and facility upgrades, new service coming to any of our satellite clinics, and available job opportunities.

To make navigation easy, he said services have been grouped into alphabetical order to help clients locate the clinic or service they want to access. Information about all our nine facilities can also be accessed on the website.

Dr Osei expressed optimism that introduction of the website would help improve relations with both the existing and prospective clients.

The website features a detailed description of the hospital's services, including cardiology, plastic surgery, dialysis, dietetics, DNA, General Surgery, and neurosurgery.
