Papaye Fast Foods Limited, Ghana's top fast food provider, is set to celebrate its 25th anniversary celebration in October this year with a number of activities which include fun games and musical jams to entertain its cherished and loyal customers.

A week-long celebration with series of activities will take place during the celebration.

Some of the activities lined up include 'Our Day Special' will be held at its Spintex branch to reward needy but brilliant students from some selected private and public basic schools, followed by a workers' durbar to reward its loyal customers and staff with packages.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Papaye, Divine Asiedu, said, “It is gratifying to note that Papaye’s quality service and social responsibility has been rewarded over the years.”

According to him, Papaye now has about 25 percent of the market share of the fast food industry, adding that the company has grown to be one of Ghana’s most reliable and finest food providers, with branches at Osu, Tesano and on the Spintex road and Tema.

Mr Asiedu mentioned that the company was expanding not only in the opening of more branches, but also in its menu.

“Papaye's original menu of fried rice and chicken has seen additions such as fried chips and chicken, fried rice and fish, roasted full chicken, sandwich, beef burger and lately the introduction of iced cream and mini pack size of rice and potato with chicken,” he said.

The CEO disclosed that as part of its corporate social responsibility, Papaye rewards over 1,000 pupils of private and public basic schools in the Greater Accra Region every year.

He said the company has been adjudged as a good corporate citizen over the past two decades and had won many awards from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ghana Tourist Board, National Tourism Awards, Ghana Trade Fair Company, among others.

Mr Asiedu expressed the hope that the company would continue to pursue the highest quality standards in its operations, and strive to deliver the highest quality products and services to consumers at all times.
